Recently added-3/6/2011 -Carol's Home made Meatballs -Italian section
These are a winner in my household -homemade one's are just fantastic -try them ,you will never buy shop bought ones again !
What's new - On a recent holiday to Cyprus i managed to convince my siblings to stay in and eat at home, at first they were none too happy as they like to eat out but once i had the dinner cooking and the aroma's filled the house they soon forgot about venturing out -the only problem then was, i was in door's cooking -whilst they were around the pool with drinks !!!
Anyway i made up for that after dinner -and this is what i cooked Alsace Chicken -see chicken dishes
With winter knocking on our doors it's comfort food time so i have made a lovely
Chicken & Mushrom pie -see Chicken dishes .
And some great sticky Honey and Peri peri chicken legs (great for bomb fire night )
try and NOT eat one of these when they are hot out of the oven !!!.
I have also added two new hearty winter soups plus a real easy carbonara -see pasta dishes
Pea and gammon soup and Potato and Leek soup -see winter warmers .
And some new additions to the kitchen a Moroccan Tagine A low-pressure cooker (yes-low)
and a Hologen cooker so some busy cooking times ahead and i can't wait ! I aim to bring you not only great recipes, but an informative site with time saving tips, Info about the food you cook with ,and how to save time by planning ahead .
