Glazed Chicken Wings
 
 
 
These chicken wings are glazed with a cinnamon and sherry glaze.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry or rice wine
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

Cut each chicken wing through joints, leaving three pieces; discard the tip portion. In a plastic bag, combine remaining ingredients. Add wing pieces and seal the bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours, turning bag occasionally to keep all wings coated. Drain chicken wings and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning once during cooking, until chicken wings are well browned and done.
Makes 36 chicken wing pieces. Great for Bonfire night and very moorish .Easy to make .
